Stall Holders and Traders
There are opportunities for traders at our event on the 20th & 21st July 2024 in the War Memorial Park Coventry. These opportunities are open to:

- Hot and Cold Food Traders,
- Charity Stalls,
- Arts and Crafts,
- Clothing,
- Brand Awareness.

Please note that we are not looking for anyone to sell alcohol, tobacco or any other licensed items.
To get in touch, please email Traders@Covcarnival.org with your stall name in the subject. All of our staff are volunteers, so please be patient when waiting for a reply, but we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Pitches will be given to those best fitting the theme and values of the event, if you're not sure if this is you, reach out to us and we are happy to discuss.

All applications must go through CRF CIC, no subletting is permitted, so if you have been sold a pitch by anyone else, please get in touch as you will not be permitted entry.

Terms and conditions apply, fees for a pitch are dependent on your organization, size of pitch required and type of stall requested.
